the product works well after jerry-rigging the screws that were missing. i have tried to report this, but keep getting in message loops with their bots. don't see why i would have to purchase missing screws that were supposed to be part of my purchase.

After washing my bath towels, I noticed the were extremely clean. With my old machine I noticed there was a detergent build up after many washes. With this product, I get fresh clean laundry each time.

Luckily my Lowes store had this item in stock so I was able to get instant gratification. All of the installation hardware and all required parts were found in my kit, and everything fit my appliances perfectly. Loved that the side rail supports matched the color of my appliances for a seamless look. All in all I'd say I'm a happy camper and it sure beats bending over to pull my clothes out of the dryer and this product helped make my particular laundry room layout more ideal and efficient.
