Ive had this for almost 5 months when I wash a load of dark clothes in cold water it leaves areas of a white residue film like spot on the clothes. Ive tried various different detergent and it still happens. Ive had to rewash with no detergent or else wipe the area with a wet cloth. I would not buy this again for this reason

I have had this washer for over a year. It has performed well from small to large loads. I lobe that I can put all of my bedding in one load because of the large capacity. It also helps when I have not been able to do laundry for a week so I can wash a large load without hesitating.

This was delivered to me three weeks ago. I have never been able to wash a load of clothes. Called Conns the next day. Again it had been over 3 weeks now and its just sitting . Error code IE
I am a single mom and this machine Conns and LG are stressing me out . I told my family to Pursue a civil claim if I have a stroke from the stress of it all. HELP

I bought this last year and have nothing but issues with getting my clothes clean. My whites have gray streaks on them. My darks probable do too but you cant see them.

I bought this over the phone at the beginning of the pandemic and chose it sight unseen because it could be installed the next day. LG reviews for this were questionable but my luck so far has been good. Only complaint: the 1 x 1 hose connector piece on the back of the machine is made of plastic. It was overtightened during installation and cracked causing water to leak through to the basement. Its ridiculous that LG chose to make this key piece out of plastic. Its not going to severely impact LGs profit margin to make this small piece out of brass which would be permanent and nonrusting.

This washer was delivered last Tuesday and I washed over the weekend. The manual is so poor in providing direction. I could not determine whether I chose cold water wash and rinse. I kept pressing the Extra Function key for cold water to no avail. The manual has no directions for the extra functions. It is too early to decide how well it cleans my clothes. I will say it is very quiet.

Do not buy a washer that isnt a front load or has an agitator the impeller models just do not clean your clothes. We have two of these and neither clean our clothes one has soft water and one does not.We are in the process of replacing these.

I am a 66 yrs old woman having hand more than my share of washer and the top load is the worst Its takes as much time for the self level to complete as the washing a load of clothes. The spin cycle is a Joke the clothes r always sopping with water using the highest spin cycle. The machine is noisy. The soap and fabric dispenser always have water in them
WHAT A HORRIBLE DISAPPOINMENT all my friends and neighbors know how junky the machines are.
