Why Change what was working, & add a stink?? OH NO

Donât understand why they changed from the Liquid to Tablets that you now have to measure a precise liquid, in what size of container?? then risk spillage as you drop a tablet into a container and wait for it to dissolve, then poor into the Machine. Now your also wasting energy as you now need to use warm water and run a fast wash using twice the amount of water and having the second cycle wash the cleaner out of the washing machine instead of allowing it to stay inside the machine and continue to work at coating and working on the internal components. There is no mention of waiting to let the probiotic activate, does it actually have a prebiotic in it?? Before all You did was cut the corner of the small envelope and pour it into the Detergent dispenser, set Rinse & spin, using cold water or fast wash on Cold water, & set your delay start to allow the probiotic to activate hit start and walk away from the machine until the next day. Then on top of it all you add a fragrance, many people are sensitive to Fragrances. There is no need for a fragrance when the Probiotic cleaner is doing itâs job. We have never had odour issues when using the the original PureAdvantage Probiotic washer cleaner.
